La Palud is a small village dominated by the imposing Mont Blanc chain which allows you to easily reach all the best attractions of Courmayeur.
Skyway Monte Bianco, is only a 10-minute walk away and will quickly take you to the highest panoramic terrace in Italy at 3466 meters, from here you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and all the most important peaks of the Valle d'Aosta.
For skiers, the Val Veny cable car (connected to the Courmayeur area) is only 700 meters away and can be easily reached with our free shuttle service.
La Palud is strategically located for visiting the Mont Blanc valleys. In addition to being the first and last Italian village before passing through the Mont Blanc tunnel, it is also an excellent starting point for hiking itineraries. The village is in fact located along a variant of the Mont Blanc Tour, at the crossroads between Val Veny and Val Ferret, two paradises for walking in summer and for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in winter.
We are located in this small village, at the entrance to Val Ferret, the bus stop for the local public service is only 50 meters away.
The center of Courmayeur with the wonderful "shopping street" is only 3 km away, but our village offers a lot even without using the car or public transport.
Our Alpine Bar is always open for delicious snacks, sparkling après-ski aperitifs and relaxing after dinner.
Within 100 meters you will still have various possibilities to spend the evening: we can recommend a typical meal in the restaurant next to us or an evening in a pizzeria just 50 meters away. You can also spend pleasant moments in the new winery in front of the hotel, if you are lucky you can also attend one of the fun evenings of live music!
